Cancellation Policy

1. **Scope of Service**: The in-home meal prep service provided by Ty’s Savory Sweet Kitchen, includes up to 12 hours of cooking time for preparing up to Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The service will be carried out in the client's home, necessitating a clean kitchen with access to necessary kitchen tools. 2. **Food Preparation and Packaging**: All prepared food will be appropriately cooled, packaged, and labeled for later consumption, or served for immediate consumption, as per the client's preferences and dietary requirements. 3. **Cost and Payment**: Upon booking the service, a final invoice will be issued covering the cost of groceries for the selected menu. Please note that this cost does not include the actual cost of food. Payment for the service must be made in full prior to the scheduled service date. 4. **Package Plan**: Our package plan secures up to 16 days of service, which the client can redeem within 60 days from the date of purchase. 5. **Advance Planning**: Clients must plan their desired service days at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. If a desired date is unavailable, clients will be given priority for the next available time slot. 6. **Confirmation of Service Dates**: Clients are required to confirm their service dates upon booking to secure their preferred days each week. Failure to confirm may result in the loss of the desired service dates. 7. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: Cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the service day. 8. **Client Responsibility**: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is adequately equipped for the service. Any special requests or dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking. 9. **Liability**: Ty’s Savory Sweet Kitchen, is not liable for any food-related allergies or illnesses that may arise from consuming the prepared meals. Clients agree to release Tys Savory Sweet Kitchen from any liability associated with the service. 10. **Changes to Terms and Conditions**: Ty’s Savory Sweet Kitchen, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other communication channels. By booking our private chef service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
